At The Fold Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
